Purchase

Shipments to our customers are sent in cooperation with InPost – in the form of parcels to parcel machines or courier shipments, and the Polish Post Office in the form of registered letters or courier shipments.

Time from order to delivery is 48h, we work 6 days a week.
Individual delivery times depending on the type of shipment are:
InPost parcel machines- 1-3 working days
InPost courier- 1-3 working days
Poczta Polska registered mail- 1-5 working days
Poczta Polska courier – 2-5 working days
Shipments have unique tracking numbers and are monitored.

Returns

The customer can return the purchased products within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Returned goods can not bear traces of opening, wear, manipulation, damage to packaging.
The return is carried out at the expense of the buyer.
Seller agrees to transfer funds to the customer’s account within 7 working days of receipt of the package with the returned product.

We try to make payment refunds promptly, they are made after we receive the shipment and inspect the product for damage. So please allow up to 24 hours after the return arrives at our company for delivery and possible inspection.

Yes, the customer can cancel the order at any time, in case the shipment is not sent, the customer receives a full refund, if the shipment is sent, we reserve the right to keep the shipping costs. If the shipment is received, any refund will be at the buyer’s expense.
