Where are Sowelo products manufactured?
Products are produced in the European Union (Germany, Great Britain, Spain, Holland, Poland – in these countries we contract the production of our supplements).
Are the products tested and approved for sale?
Yes, the raw materials used for our supplements are tested and authorized. Production plants have haccp, iso, GMP, GHP certificates and are regularly authorized by the relevant authorities in the European Union.
Where does the name SOWELO come from?
Sowelo is a word derived from Nordic legends and ancient beliefs. Sowelo means the sun, a ray of sunshine. Sowelo is a synonym for health, happiness, good luck, well-being and warmth.
We value these values and we want to promote them through our brand.
How long does it take before I get the package from you?
We ship goods from Monday to Friday, order processing takes about 24 hours. Approximate delivery times for Europe are between 2 and 5 business days. 5-10 business days for the USA and Canada. For Australia, New Zealand from 7 to 14 business days, the rest of the world between 5 and 15 business days.
What is the cost of shipping the goods?
The shipping cost is covered by us, we are not entirely profit oriented, we care about the satisfaction of our customers.
How do you pack the goods for customers?
Depending on the size of the order, we pack products in packages made of gray cardboard or in envelopes packed tightly and secured with foil wrap.
All materials used for packing orders are made from recycled materials.
How can I track my package?
We attach tracking to each shipment, we send the appropriate number to the customer.
